Pass "--output-dir" parameter to prolog-analyzer

Michurov Mikhail Antonovich requested to merge prolog-analyzer-output-dir into master

Use --output-dir parameter when calling prolog-analyzer from adapt. Without this, prolog-analyzer created its temporary files in the currecnt working directory, which could cause the files to not be deleted if adapt was not called from within LuNA prject directory.
